Job openings

1. Research Executive (Quant focused)

As a Research Executive, you’ll develop and build on your existing knowledge, to effectively and efficiently manage the day-to-day running of our projects. Depending on the size of the project, this may include managing and or supporting more junior members of the team and liaising with your project lead.

As for the type of projects you’ll be working on, we work with a huge variety of clients in the B2B technology sector from IT / Cyber security, HR and Fintech, e-Commerce and Retail to Advertising and Marketing. 

We are an independent research agency and pride ourselves in treating each of our client’s research projects as our own. Our flexible working nature means we can provide a bespoke offering (method agnostic). No one project is the same, and we are always open to new ways of approaching them – qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods or something else! This means you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, from helping clients create newsworthy campaigns to supporting them with the launch of a new product or trying to better connect them with their target audience.

2. Associate Director

As an Associate Director, you’ll be a proven team leader adept at managing and mentoring direct reports. You’ll guide junior staff through example, ensuring projects adhere strictly to schedules and budgets. Client satisfaction drives you – delivering strategic research that exceeds expectations and nurturing strong client relationships.

You thrive on managing multiple accounts simultaneously, leveraging creativity and analysis to win new business. Collaboration fuels your approach as you explore innovative processes, from bespoke research to productivity initiatives. Your ability to extract insights from data and craft compelling narratives is invaluable.

As a seasoned leader, you’ll contribute to strategic decisions and spearhead change management, continuously enhancing processes. If you’re passionate about research, client service, and team leadership, continue reading about the job role.
