  • Business confidence is falling, and turnover expectations are down, with 63% having experienced a reduction this month, compared to 54% at the start of lockdown.
  • Is working from home set to become a new ‘norm’?  34% say it’s having a positive impact on their productivity, and a further 33% say that reduced travel is positive too
  • Sustainability goals; For 34% of business decision makers the onus is being placed on governments. Just 17% believe the responsibility lies primarily with organisations.  Are organisations trying to ‘pass the buck’, or do they simply need the leadership and regulation from a central point?
