Win a free piece of research up to the value of £4,900

The winning charity or NFP will have the opportunity to carry out a consumer research project of their choosing, on us! Please see terms and conditions.

We will also offer a 25% discount to all charities who have entered but didn’t win our giveaway (providing they start a research project in Q1 of 2024).

This can be any type of consumer research, from Brand Awareness, Understanding your Audience, Thought Leadership or Developing Products and Marcomms, etc. We have worked extensively with many sectors and audiences across the globe and while we specialise in AudienceBrand and Content research, we appreciate that every organisation is different and we will work with you to help you get the most out of your project.

Who is this for?

We’d love to hear from you if you’re a charity or NFP, and:

  • Have questions you are desperate to get the answers to
  • Need answers that would help you make a better, more informed business decision

Key information

How to enter:

  1. Click on “Submit entry”
  2. Fill the form to tell us about your idea / the project you want to run and how it will help your organisation. We’ll need you to write a detailed brief so we understand what you’re looking for.
  3. You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your entry, if not please contact us at

To be eligible, you must:

  • Fill in our entry form before midnight (by 11:59pm) on 16th November 2023. Writing a research brief beforehand may help to answer the questions and hone your audience.
  • Be based in the UK, with a survey audience of UK adults (up to 2,000 individuals or a smaller sample of a more targeted audience)
  • Focus on no more than 25 questions in total
  • Agree to our full Terms and Conditions

Sapio Research will:

  • Provide advice on your fully formed questionnaire (up to 25 questions)
  • Carry out an online consumer research survey up to the value of £4,900 + VAT
  • Contact a maximum 2,000 individuals as part of the survey
  • Provide the results with Excel data tables as well as a PPT report showcasing the findings
  • Organise a call to run through the results and answer any questions you may have


How do you select the winner?

We will screen all entries to check the feasibility of the project and make sure we can carry out the research (please note that our team may be in touch with you to ask any additional questions about your brief and entry). We will then randomly select the winner using a random generator program.

What do I need to do if I win the giveaway?

If you win the giveaway, we’ll need you to draft your own questionnaire (don’t worry we’ll be there to support you along the way). Alternatively, for a small fee we can create the survey for you.

What can the research be used for?

Essentially, anything. Whether you want to conduct audience understanding, charity awareness and health checks, or want to use the research for content creation, as long as you have an idea and the audience can be reached – we can do it for you.

When do we have to use the research by?

If you are the lucky winner, we ask you to confirm within 3 working days, and start the fieldwork within 3 months of the closing date.

Are there any catches?

Not really. All we ask is that we can use the project as a case study, and write about our shared experience of the project on our website blog and social media – We often use this as a piece to inspire future giveaway participants.
